Tim Crouch – Founder, Australian Sentinel
Tim is a highly regarded Program Director with more than twenty years of experience delivering complex transformation programs across government and private sector environments. His career includes leading large-scale technology initiatives at Cisco and driving enterprise change across SAP, CRM, cloud, data and infrastructure portfolios.

Mark King – Founder, Altura Talent
Mark spent more than eleven years at Bluefin Resources, where he became one of the firm’s highest performers and most recognised leaders. He built and led high-performing technology and transformation recruitment teams, consistently delivering into senior technology, program delivery, architecture and data roles.
He developed a reputation for accuracy, market depth and the ability to build specialist teams around complex hiring needs. His strength lies in understanding both the commercial drivers and the delivery realities of major transformation programs, enabling him to match talent with context rather than just role requirements.
