The Halo Assessment offers a comprehensive review of your current Halo platform. The main benefits is delivering a clear comparison between your implementation and industry best practices. By assessing your Halo platform’s performance, you can pinpoint areas of underperformance and make informed decisions for necessary improvements. Additionally, the assessment identifies opportunities for optimisation by analysing your configurations, processes, and customisations.
You will also gain live feedback and advice in real time while interacting with our Halo certified experts.
Completing the optional survey helps us prepare and better understand your needs for the Halo Assessment workshop. We will discuss the responses in detail during the workshop. The survey can take <5 minutes to complete on average.
An optional step in the Halo Assessment process is to grant temporary access for the Australian Sentinel consultant(s) to the Halo platform(s). Security is a high priority.
We will perform analysis after the workshop and compile the Assessment Dashboard for you within hours.
The Assessment Workshop is a structured, collaborative session where your stakeholders, including admin, process leads, sponsors etc. gather with our Halo certified experts to talk all things Halo.
The workshop provides a dynamic environment for real-time discussion, helping us align on your Halo goals, resolve ambiguities, and uncover hidden needs and missing benefits in your implementation. We will deep dive your survey responses, demo latest product releases and use your Halo platform to provide real time guidance and gather information to direct you to continuing you journey with Halo.

The Assessment Dashboard is a visual summary of key metrics, data points, and performance indicators presented in charts, tables and graphs as well as a summary of findings, recommendations and key reference links. It allows stakeholders to monitor progress, understand the issues, and make informed decisions quickly about your Halo journey.
